Pneumatics — Basic Level
Builds strong foundational knowledge in pneumatic principles, components, schematics, assembly and troubleshooting.
Prerequisite: None
Academy · Lab courses
All lab courses take place at the Fluid Machines Lab of the University of Sannio in Benevento.
Hands-on by design
Each course works directly with equipment, measurement and system behaviour. Groups stay deliberately small so every participant can build, test and troubleshoot—not watch from the back of a room.
Learning path
Basic Level Courses
Pneumatics Electropneumatics
Advanced Engineering Courses
Pneumatics Electropneumatics
Standalone course
Energy Efficiency
Complements either pneumatics line
Specialized Module
Industrial Vacuum Systems & Handling
Standalone or combined with any Basic or Advanced course
Advanced goes deeper and can be taken directly or after Basic. Expect some overlap between the two levels.
Training provider
PNEUVERSE OÜ specialises in industrial compressed air consulting and hands-on training in pneumatics, electropneumatics and vacuum technology. Courses are led by Ellen Parik, with 20+ years of industry experience.
Courses can be taken individually or combined.
Energy-efficiency training led by Elvira Rakova, PhD, CEO of Direktin and Head of FP SMART Lab, focused on measuring, analysing and reducing the air consumption of pneumatic drives and machines.
Course track
Builds strong foundational knowledge in pneumatic principles, components, schematics, assembly and troubleshooting.
Prerequisite: None
A practical introduction to electrical controls, sensors, relay logic, wiring and troubleshooting, with no PLC.
Prerequisite: Pneumatics — Basic Level
Course track
Advanced pneumatic physics, system design, component selection, sizing and optimisation for design engineers and technical leads.
Prerequisite: None formally; technical background expected.
Advanced electrical theory and electropneumatic applications, including sensors, relay logic and practical PLC control on day 3.
Prerequisite: Pneumatics — Advanced Engineering
Course track
How much compressed air does a pneumatic system really need, and where does the energy go? A hands-on course on measuring, analysing and reducing the air consumption of pneumatic drives and machines, from the single actuator to the whole line.
Course track
A specialized module covering industrial vacuum principles, generation, gripping, energy saving, drop prevention and system integration.
Prerequisite: A solid pneumatics basis
